This Return & Refund Policy explains how refunds, cancellations, and ticket changes are handled for events paid for through our website https://awcoc.co.za/.
1. Ticket Sales Are Final
All ticket purchases for church events, seminars, workshops, or special services are final and non-refundable, except where required by South African consumer law.
Because our church uses collected funds immediately for planning, venue hire, catering, and logistics, we cannot issue refunds for change of mind or inability to attend.
2. Event Cancellation or Postponement
If AwCoC cancels an event:
- You will receive a full refund of the ticket price paid.
- Refunds are processed within 7–14 working days.
If an event is postponed:
- Your ticket will remain valid for the new date.
- If you cannot attend the new date, you may request a refund within 7 days after the announcement of the new date.
3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments
If a duplicate payment or incorrect amount is processed, please email us at:
Include:
- Full Name
- Event Name
- Date of Purchase
- Proof of Payment
Refunds for duplicate/incorrect transactions are issued within 7 working days.
4. Transfer of Tickets
Tickets may be transferred to another person at no cost.
To transfer your ticket, send an email to:
with:
- Your Name
- New Ticket Holder’s Name
- Event Name
Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours before the event.
5. Digital Products
If in the future AwCoC sells digital products (e.g., sermons, study guides, recordings), these will be non-refundable once downloaded or accessed.
